Cancellation Policy for Specialty Classes and Personal Development Workshops
Students can cancel their reservation 15 days prior to the session start date and receive a full refund (refund may take up to 90 days to be completed). Cancellations within 15 days of the class/workshop date cannot be refunded, transferred or extended. Any missed class or workshop will not be credited or refunded. Serene Yoga Studio can cancel this session 7 days prior to the start date if minimum enrolment has not been met. Any students enrolled will receive a full refund. Topics/workshop titles and facilitators are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy for Teacher Training and Advance Teacher Training
Students can cancel their reservation 30 days prior to the session start date. The cost of the class will be refunded minus the $500 non-refundable deposit (refund transactions may take up take up to 90 days to be completed). Cancellations within 30 days of the start date can not be refunded, transferred or extended. Any missed classes or workshops will not be credited or refunded. No refunds or credit for missed workshops. Serene Yoga Studio can cancel this session 7 days prior to the start date, if minimum enrolment has not been met. Any students enrolled will receive a full refund. Topics/workshop titles and facilitators are subject to change.

Return/Refund Policy for Regular Class Passes
Passes cannot be refunded, transferred or extended.

Senior Discount Policy for Class Passes
Senior rates are 10% off any regular class pass for those who are 65 years old or over. The following passes and products are exempt: Introductory Passes, Serene STAR Unlimited, Serene STAR Mini, Teacher Training Workshops, Products, Gift Certificates and Personal Development Workshops. To take advantage of this discount, please contact us.

Policy on Cancelling In Studio & Live Stream Classes
If you're cancelling a booking more than 24 hours in advance your pass will not be charged. However, if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 notice, your pass will be charged as if you attended the class.

Policy on Cancelling for Live Virtual Classes

Policy on Cancelling a Class in a Yoga for Round Bodies series
Once a Yoga For Round Bodies specialty class series has been purchased, there are no refunds or credits for missed classes during the session. Any missed classes cannot be carried over and will expire at the end of the series.

Live Stream Classes
At Serene Yoga Studio we have invested in the highest speed & quality of internet so that we can bring our members the most reliable connection possible for our Live Stream offerings. Serene is not responsible for dropped internet connections that are caused by inclement weather or by technology issues not directly related to Serene Yoga Studio. By choosing Live Stream classes/offerings, participants accept that there are no transfers, refunds or make-up classes if internet/connection issues arise that are not related to Serene Yoga Studio.
